This was the cheapest whirlpool bath that I could find online, so it crossed my mind that I might be compromising somewhere. However, ordering was easy, customer service was brilliant (immediate phone call to discuss position of controls and delivery) and delivery earlier than expected. We haven't quite finished the bathroom yet - but I've added a photo (the ducks were a present from my daughter! 🤣). The bath is amazing, I'm so glad I bought one - it's bliss!Tara McQueen
