Here at The Whirlpool Bath Shop, our commitment to providing superior service extends to our specialised delivery service. Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team will ensure that your items are checked and packaged as quickly and safely as possible. All our products are securely packed and delivered to our customers by our specialist pallet companies, Freightroute and UPN. Our packaging incorporates specific design features to ensure each product is supported and protected during delivery, so that it arrives safely with the customer every time.
All standard orders will then be loaded onto either standard or special A frame pallets and dispatched via our carriers.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date of your choice, and then on the actual day of delivery you can contact us to check on its current status.
Our delivery teams are highly trained in specialist home delivery, and will deliver your products to your door or driveway*.
*we offer a doorstep or driveway delivery service only, our carriers are not insured to enter your property, you are responsible for the disposal of any packaging unless the driver agrees to take the pallet.
If you experience any problems during delivery eg. driver refusing to let you check the product properly, please call us on 01489 797 130 or 0800 028 6174.
You should be given ample time by the driver to inspect the goods, please sign 'unable to check' if for any reason you are not able to.
We will respectfully request that you refrain from booking in any plumbers or workmen until you have taken satisfactory delivery of all items of your order and have made sure to check for any damage or defects. Though we aim to make sure we get your order to you correctly and in good time occasionally problems do arise which may cause a delay.
Delivery charges may apply to certain UK postcodes, please enter your postcode at the checkout and click the 'calculate postage' button to update your total, if no surcharge applies then the total will remain the same and £0.00 will appear in the delivery charge field. We only charge our customers the delivery price which we have to pay our courier to deliver to you.

Europe & Worldwide Delivery
We can deliver throughout the world, please contact us for a quotation, either by email email@example.com or by phone +441489 797130. Certain European countries can be selected at the checkout.
We've successfully shipped baths around the world including the Falkland Islands, Australia and Dubai.
We deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1800. Saturday deliveries are available but are chargeable based on postcode.
Your delivery will normally take between 7 - 11 working days. If delivery is likely to take more than 11 working days you will be advised. Small items such as whirlpool cleaners, bath oils are dispatched same working day. Some baths are a special order, details can be found in the item description.
You fully inspect the goods before booking tradesman, delivery damage although rare can occur.
Late delivery may be due to the product being delivered directly from our supplier, and this may in turn extend the delivery date.
Check Items Before Signing
It is important that before you sign the delivery docket, that you check all your products. If the item is damaged please call 01489797130 immediately, whilst the delivery driver is still with you. If your goods arrive damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights..
When you've chosen your new bathroom, we promise to deliver it on the date agreed with you in advance. Most items in our stores and catalogue are kept in stock ready for manufacture at our warehouses all over the country, so you don't have to wait to get your dream bathroom.
Except in case of the faulty or miss described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. In the case of faulty or miss described goods we shall, after receiving notification of either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and refund you the reasonable postage costs.
Bespoke goods made to your specifications(such as whirlpool baths with jets placed in certain areas or controls placed to your specification) cannot be returned unless miss described. It is therefore important you make absolutely sure that the item matches the correct dimensions and specifications you require.
Once you have notified the supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit for the goods.
Except in the case of faulty or miss described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the suppler may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
