I bought a Trojan cascade bath 1700x500mm, with 11 jets, with chromotherapy lights. The bath itself is not as thick as I expected it to be but it's sturdy enough. I was offered additional coating to keep the water hot for longer and there are other features too, that you can add on. It came in a very secure packaging on a pallet. The delivery man was so helpful and friendly. I've only had the bath installed for a few weeks, the lights are fantastic and it's worth it. The jets are very soothing and the size of the bath is spacious!Mary Reeves
Bath isn't fitted yet however service and delivery was efficient and on time. Very professional sales team. Value for money. We looked at similar baths and they were nearly double the price! Can't wait for the bath to be fitted next week and I will send in an updated review.Luxury Bath Pillow

I ordered for the first time online a new Whirlpool bath I was at first worried I had done the right thing as I had not dealt with The Whirlpool Bath Shop before. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service which was not only efficient but helpful as well.The lady I dealt with arranged delivery and the bath turned up not only on time but finished to a high standard which is what I had hoped for.
